If you’re going to the Blue Mountains, you’re gonna see some beautiful things. If you’re on your way to the Blue Mountains, you’re gonna see some junked-out shit. Easier to take photos of the latter.

I’m a bit too into Hong Kong apartment buildings. The last few photos are of an area close to where I used to live, though I didn’t take these photos. I suppose to most people this looks like hell but it makes me sigh of homesickness. Weird!

New idol in every way… The bizarre queen that is Planningtorock

Went to my dear friend Natalie Connolly’s show last night, she takes beautiful, gritty photos that are beyond my comprehension.. Just look at her website madeitmovestill

Street bandits pelted my place of work today with fresh eggs. A random attack? Or the beginning of a vicious war of attrition? Speaking of crime… Me and Joram have been playing this song on repeat all weekend.

I’m Moon Holiday, aka. Alex Ward from Sydney. Starting a blog seems inevitable, so here’s mine. If you don’t know what I do, I make music - you can find it here: www.myspace.com/moonholidaymusic to listen to for free, or you can download it on Itunes.

I started music a long time ago but in a lovely twist of fate, super special Sydney label Future Classic picked up my project and have released my self-titled EP in January 2011. There’s a fantastic new track called ‘Tell Me The Difference’ in production now to come out soon too…

I’ve done solo shows, but it’s now evolving into a 2 piece (at least) with some visual stimulation coming as well. God there’s a lot to do, and so much procrastination to overcome!
